Terms & Conditions – Hotel Annamalai International

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our hotel, facilities, and services. By making a reservation and/or staying at Hotel Annamalai International, you agree to comply with the following:

Reservations & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation.
  • Any balance payments must be settled before or at the time of check-in.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification

  • Valid government-issued photo identification (Passport, Aadhaar, Driver’s License, etc.) is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before arrival are eligible for a refund as per our cancellation policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the property, furnishings, and amenities in good condition.
  • Any damage or loss caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
  • The hotel is intended for residential stays only; parties or events require prior approval from management.

Swimming Pool & Gym

  • Pool timings: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Depth: 3 to 5.5 feet
  • Guests must use the pool responsibly, and children should be supervised at all times.
  • The management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or misuse of recreational facilities, including the gym.
    Smoking & Alcohol
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol leading to nuisance, disturbance, or damage will not be tolerated.
    Pets
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from management.
    Liability
  • The management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to take care of valuables and use safety lockers, if provided.
    Force Majeure
  • The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, strikes, government restrictions).
    Right of Admission
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict guests engaging in unlawful, offensive, or disruptive behavior.
    Governing Law
  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
